What happens after you send a request
- Question or estimate: we reply by email within 1 business day with advice, a suggested layout or a price estimate.
- Official quote: we send a formal quote with item prices, shipping and lead time, ready for your purchasing approval.
- Purchase orders: once your PO is approved, send it to us and we schedule production.
- Payment: card, PayPal or ACH bank transfer.
- Tax-exempt organizations: reply to our quote with your exemption certificate and we will remove sales tax.
