Printed Finish Sensory Wall Panels

Printed finish gets a whole scene onto a panel - an ocean, a night sky, a jungle - not just a color. Every printed custom sensory wall panel starts as birch plywood. The design is printed directly onto it, then sealed under a safe, water-based lacquer, so the image stays sharp through years of small hands touching it. The picture catches a child's eye first. What keeps them there is the mechanisms bolted onto it: latches, gears, zips, sliders. Every one is fixed down firmly, so a toddler can't pull it loose. How the image gets there

The design is printed directly onto the plywood before any activities are mounted. Once the print is set, we seal the whole panel under a water-based lacquer topcoat - the same protective layer used across all three finishes. That lacquer keeps the surface wipe-clean, whether it's one panel in a bedroom or a set handled by dozens of kids a week at school.

Printing beats hand-painting when the design has real detail: several colors in one scene, fine lines, a busy landscape. That's slow to reproduce by hand but straightforward to print. Every mechanism is bolted down securely, and every edge is sanded smooth before it ships.
