Carriers and tracking
- We ship with FedEx Ground and FedEx Express.
- Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.
- Mounting hardware is included with every panel set. Our installation manual covers the steps.

Shipping outside the USA
We deliver worldwide. Depending on your location and product availability, orders ship from the United States or from our EU facility, which keeps delivery faster and customs fees lower for customers in the European Union. The shipping cost for your country is calculated at checkout.
Orders from schools, clinics and care homes
Schools, districts, clinics and other organizations can order by purchase order, pay by ACH, or order tax-exempt. Request a quote with your billing and shipping details and the designs you want, and we will send an official quote. We reply within 1 business day.
Warranty and returns
If any part breaks off, we will send a replacement. Standard items can be returned within 14 days; highly personalized custom orders are final sale. Full details are in our return and exchange policy.
