2. Return Conditions

- All original packaging, labels, and tags must be intact;

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Please note that we do not accept returns on:
- Custom-made or personalized busy boards;
- Used items or those with visible signs of wear;
- Digital downloads or electronic content (if applicable).

- We’ll confirm the return instructions and provide the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
