Our company charity ordered a sensory unit ($1,000+) as a donation to a local Foster Care Non-Profit Organization. Apparently there was an issue with the unit being received by the Foster Care organization. We learned about this, several weeks later, from the Non-Profit Organization. They indicated they were working on having it redelivered. Several months later, I learned they were unsuccessful in having it redelivered. When I got involved, I was told be BumbleBee Smart support that they contacted me - with a single email and "was surprised" I didn't reply. As a response to a possible refund, I was told this: "As for refund, I'm sorry, I don't think we have to give any refund - we've made a product, send it to the address specified in the order, and finally we were trying to reach you when delivery issue had appeared." Again - I'm told they made one attempt to reach with an email. No phone call or multiple attempts to reach me.

I bought eight panels for my new pediatric clinic and they are adorable! The pictures are deceiving and I did think there were much taller than they are so pay attention to the dimensions as I was going by the pictures
All in all though, we LOVE them and will buy them again for my other new office in KY

Love these so much, this is actually the second time I bought them because I wanted to put them in more spaces. Even my 10 year old daughter is entertained by them.

I’m very happy with my purchase. The product shipped earlier than I thought it would and the product was packaged very securely. It is a little pricey, but the photos online did not disappoint. Looks just as pictured, perfect! Definitely worth it and of course the kids love it. Seller was very helpful. Thank you!

My 21 month old son and 4.5 year old daughter absolutely love this transformable pikler! It’s well-made, sturdy, and beautiful. Most importantly, my kids get exercise daily and it wears them out! They love the slide/ramp. We’ll enjoy this investment for years! :-)

The package was badly damaged in shipping and sadly I did not get to use the product. But the pieces that were not damaged appeared to be of good quality and the customer service is fantastic. All was made right.

An sich super schön, aber für den Preis hätte ich mir auch gewünscht, dass die Riegel-Halterung nicht aus Plastik ist und demnach leider schnell abgebrochen ist. Die Kinder sind hin und weg und es hat eine super Größe

It arrived just in time for christmas, and my kids were so happy about it, there was only one problem, I should have bought 3 instead of 1, because the loved it, my kids are 10 months, 2 years and 3. a lovely thing, and the seller is so nice. So happy for this
