BumbleBeeSmart is a U.S. manufacturer of wooden sensory wall panels, busy boards and peg maze boards. Since 2018 we have designed and built every piece ourselves, from the first cut of birch plywood to the final inspection before shipping. We sell directly to families, schools, clinics and care homes, so the people who make your panel are the same people who answer your questions about it.

What We Make
Our catalog is built around one idea: children and adults learn best through real, physical interaction. Every product is a solid wooden board fitted with things to turn, slide, open and match.
- Sensory wall panels: modular 35×65cm panels that join into continuous walls, from a single five-panel set to themed scenes of nine or ten panels for classrooms and corridors.
- Wall-mounted busy boards: large activity boards with locks, latches, gears, switches and sliders for toddlers and preschoolers.
- Peg maze boards: 45×45cm fine motor boards in graded levels, from preschool play to adult rehabilitation settings.
- Interactive wall decor: panels with touch-activated lights for spaces that need a visual focal point.
- Base panels in painted, printed and unpainted finishes for buyers who plan a custom layout.
How a BumbleBeeSmart Panel Is Made
Each panel starts as a sheet of birch plywood, cut and prepared for its specific set of interactive elements. Components are mechanically fastened by hand rather than run through an automated line. Sanding then smooths every edge and surface.
Water-based paints and lacquers are applied where the design calls for colour or a protective topcoat. Printed designs, such as our Safari theme, are sealed under the same lacquer. Most of our panels go to places where many hands use them every day. That is why we build them as sealed, finished products rather than kits to paint yourself.

Because there is no reseller between us, you talk to the team that builds your order. We can advise on panel count for a given wall width, mounting height and which themed sets connect into one scene.
Schools, clinics and care groups often order several sets at once. Wholesale pricing is quoted individually, based on the products and quantities you need. We do not offer private label. Every product is made and sold under the BumbleBeeSmart brand.

We are the manufacturer. We design, build and sell our own products, and we do not resell boards made by other companies.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address.
Do you offer wholesale or private-label orders?
We offer individual wholesale pricing for schools, clinics, care groups and other organisations, based on the products and quantities ordered. We do not offer private label; all products are sold under the BumbleBeeSmart brand.
What warranty do you provide?
We provide a limited warranty that covers replacement of any broken parts. If any items break off, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
